"Sizing Was Frustrating"
The shirt looks fine, but the sizing was kind of annoying. It fit way smaller than I expected, so I had to go through the hassle of exchanging it. Not the end of the world, but definitely frustrating.

"I’m really annoyed I wasted my money..."
I’m really annoyed I wasted my money on this. It broke after just one day of normal use, which is ridiculous. The quality is awful, and whoever made or sold this should’ve done way better

"I had an okay experience overall..."
I had an okay experience overall, and the site was easy enough to browse, but the product selection felt really small. I found a couple of things that looked good, but I couldn’t find a lot of what I actually needed. It’s not bad if they happen to carry what you’re looking for, but I wish there were more options...

"not Sure these are legit brand items"
I bought this because the price seemed good, but once it arrived, something just felt off. the tags, packaging, and overall quality didn’t really line up with other things I’ve bought from this brand before.

Maybe I’m wrong, but I just didn’t feel confident that it was authentic. I reached out to ask about it and never got a clear answer, so yeah, I Wouldn’t buy from here again

"Still waiting for customer service to respond"
I reached out to customer service and never heard anything back. I get that things can get busy, but it’s frustrating to be completely ignored when you’re asking for help. A company should at least acknowledge the issue and take responsibility for following up with customers

"Order came in fine, no real problems"
I ordered from ucmerchandise.com and, yeah, everything showed up pretty much how it was supposed to. Sizes were right, items were right, nothing missing when I gave it a quick look through. So overall I’m happy with it. Only thing is the update emails were kind of unclear, like I had to figure out what was going on a bit. But the order itself was all good.

"The site was annoying to use..."
The site was annoying to use. Pages took forever to load, and every time I thought I found what I needed, it felt like the goalposts moved and I had to dig around all over again. Just a frustrating experience overall...

"Arrived in good shape"
My order from ucmerchandise.com showed up packed really well. I usually judge a delivery quickly by the box, and even though there was a small mark on the outside, that turned out to be nothing. Everything inside was totally fine, not bent or damaged. Easy thumbs up from me.

"Wish I had read the reviews before ordering"
I’m regretting not checking the reviews first. The shipping has taken way too long, and I’m still waiting for my order even though it’s already super late. Frustrating experience so far.

"Return took a bit longer than I expected"

"Design didn’t look like I expected"
The shirt showed up fine, but the design just didn’t really match the preview, you know? The colors looked a lot duller in person and the placement seemed a bit off too. Maybe I’m being picky, but I feel like it should’ve been more accurate. It’s not terrible or anything, I just expected it to look closer to what I ordered

"Overpriced for what it is"
The stuff looked fine at first, but the prices were ridiculous for what you actually get. Felt like one of those overpriced traps where you leave wondering why you even bothered. I ended up regretting it quickly — just not good value in my opinion

"Print faded quickly"
The print looked nice at first, but it started fading after just a few washes, haha. I was hoping it would hold up a bit longer
